Keep on reading because I have been there and went through all the hassle so I know the process of obtaining a fiance/e visa. I also have helped so many country fellow men and women because of my help they have succeeded and was very pleased with my guidance and moreover they have saves tons of money by just doing it themselves. There are so many people out there of which they are in the process of obtaining a visa for their fiancee and pays a ridiculous charges and fees and some doesn't even know where to begin. This is what motivates me to write the simple steps and laid them out on here. Do you know how much it cost me initially by just talking to a lawyer on the same thing that you are going to be doing anyways? An initial of $200 consultation for 30 minutes and a whooping of $3k right upfront when I decided to use his service. Yes, you heard it right! A Whooping of three thousand dollars out of my pocket and not to mention the hidden charges too. You might be wondering of why I did that? Well, you know there's always a first time for everyone and that was my first. I was desperate and afraid of the consequences of not doing it right. I have learned my lesson and because of that I would love to share it to people and help save them from falling into the same trap that I went through. I don't charge you for giving this information but you can buy me coffee. LOL! Now while this is free go ahead and take advantage of this very useful information. I will tell you everything on how to bring your foreign fiance/e to US to live with you.
Let's look at your situation. You have been talking this special girl online for quite sometime. You develop feelings towards her. Your relationship is going stronger and deeper. After knowing her for quite sometime now, you wonder how do you go about this! You wanted to meet her in person. You continue on chatting with her live on Yahoo Messenger, Skype or even Facebook, talking with her on the phone, even exchanging emails, text each other, snail mails and exchanging love letters.
Now it has been almost 6 months or to a year since the day you started building up relationship with her. You have save enough money to buy you a plane ticket and a pocket money to see her but before leaving your country just in case, do not forget to bring an Immigration Forms in case you decide to bring this special person either as a fiancé visa or immediate relative visa. Hold it, hold it, I know, I know! You might ask how. Be patient, we are going to cover those steps later. Let's say for example, you want to bring her over but you are wondering which visa to obtain to bring her sooner or faster route. My suggestion is, fiance/e is the easier and faster route to bring your fiance/e over. In this case, do not marry your fiance/e in her/his country.
If you are sure to bring this special person to US as your fiance/e, please follow the step.
The very first form you ever need is G-325A click the link http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf. You need to fill up one for yourself and one for her. The second form you need is For I-129F application to petition your fiance/e or K-1 or K-3. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129f.pdf. And if you need instruction on how to fill it up and what documents that goes along with it, download the instruction too on here. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf. If you can follow and understand instruction, you do not need a lawyer to file this petition for you. You will be savings tons of money by not hiring an Attorney. They will be just doing what you ought to do anyway.
So you went, met her in person and have decided to petition her as a fiance/e. She filled the G-325A form with her signature on it. Make 3 copies, 1 for your to keep. 1 for her and 1 to go along with the form I-129f application. This is the form you need if you wish you wanted your fiancé to enter to US as a non-immigrant visa. You need her Authenticate NSO Live Birth Certificate, Certificate of NO Marriage or CENOMAR She needs 3 pieces of passport size photo. She also need to obtain, police clearance, NBI Clearance and Passport. As for yourself, you need to show that you are a US citizen. You need to provide your US passport, Baptismal or Birth Certificate.

Well, the form I-129F instruction will cover everything on what documents to go along with it. Like I said, if you can follow simple instruction, your application and the immigration process will go smoothly and efficiently. It will save you lots of money and time by not making mistakes everything should go fast and your fiancée will be here in no time. If everything goes well, she will be here within 6 months to a year.
Now, you have filed the petition and you can expect to receive an approval from the US Embassy within a month. At the same token, your fiancé/e will also receive the same receipt. It will have your visa case number on the receipt. She will need to keep that receipt because US Consulate will ask that later on the day of her interview. Also it is very useful for tracking the status of your application online.
When she finally get's her letter of appointment for medical check-up, you as a petitioner will also get a mail from USCIS asking you to obtain Affidavit of support. Whatever they ask, they always attached the form in the mail with the instructions.
Usually, they will ask for your 3 years tax record, your current employment status, etc etc etc.
Remember, while you are both waiting for the medical and visa interview, she will need to keep all the communication receipts from both of you. These are the evidence that the immigration consulate will ask of her, showing that your relationship entered in good faith. Documents that you need for evidence for example. Pictures of you together and with her family, your plane ticket showing that you went to see her, phone bills, chatting sessions, snail mails or emails. It's kind of sound intimidating at first but it is also very exciting knowing that your fiancee will be with you soon.
Going forward, now she passed her medical exam(I hope if nothing happens)and even passed her Visa Interview. You can either be with her or just wait. She then needs to go to get her Certificate of Non-immigrant Counseling. It will take only 2 hours. She can't leave the country without that and she will also be carrying her Medical Examination Result during her flight to US. The visa will be mailed via DHL to her hometown or city where she need to be back and wait for it in the mail. Once everything is on her hands. You can buy her a ticket or go be with her and fly back together.
Once she is here with you (US). You have 90 days to decide to marry her, if you can't decide then she will need to go back to her country. If you decide to marry her, then you have to send form I-485 Application to Apply Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, click on that link. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485.pdf
You can also send the application for her for employment authorization along with it. Here's the link for employment authorization form. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-765.pdf She will be getting her 2 years conditional green card in the mail. Remember you cannot apply for social security number for her until she gets her green card or the employment authorization card.

Prior to 2 years of your wedding anniversary, you will have to send an application to remove her conditional status that is 3 months prior to 2 years of your wedding anniversary. Since she came over as non-immigrant her green card is conditional and to remove it you have to file form I-751 http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-751.pdf Once approved, she will be receiving a 10 years green card.
After 3 years of being married together, she can then apply if she wants to, to be a US Citizen. The form that you need is form N-400 Application for Naturalization http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/n-400.pdf. The wait for citizenship varies from state to state. Depends on how many applicants, some may wait 6 months and some wait for a year.
Once she is a US Citizen, let's cheers! You have gone all the way through! and Congratulation. I know, it seems to be so much hassle but trust me, if everything works fine with you and your wife, all of it will be worth to go through all over again! Of course, you don't have to. I am just making a point how simple it is.
