Take note: The Filipina suspect right away that this was a con artist scammer. Read the very bottom of his page saying he will travel to Venezuela for contract. Meaning, if the victim will take this bait, the next proposal he would do would let his victim know that he needed money blah blah.. So if you encounter a letter that looks like this or almost the same in nature it is a scam.
