Chicken with Broccoli

Ingredient:
2 Breast Chicken
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Fresh Red/Green Bell Pepper
5 Cloves of Garlic
5 Stem of Scallions(chopped)
3 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Optional)
1 Crown Broccoli
A Tbsp Crushed Fresh Lemon-grass leaves


Brown Garlic first [see below]


Ingredients for marinade:
2 Tbsp fresh lemon squeeze (or in a bottle)
A dash of McCormick Grill Steak Spice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
A dash of Cayenne pepper/ Crush Chili/powder

Marinade chicken[below]

After marinating chicken [I usually marinade my chicken overnights
But if you are in a hurry you don't need to] slice chicken into bites size.

Preparation:
After the garlic is brown, add lemon grass leaves and scallions.
This time add sliced chicken, turn heat into high and stir till chicken turns
brown. Turn heat into medium low and Cover Pan for 15 minutes.


After 15 minutes, uncover pan and add your slice green/red bell pepper
and broccolli. Add fish sauce[optional]. Cover pan again and let the veggies cook.
[Do not overcook the veggies].
You can top it up with fresh cilantro or fresh mint leaves.
