Plantains in Flowery Shape

Ingredients:

1 pc of banana plantain (halfway ripe)
A dash of salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

Cut banana across the grains by 1 inch.
Heat pan with olive oil.
Brown sliced banana each side.

Take the brown banana out from the pan and cut a foot long aluminum foil.
Fold the foil and pound each sliced brown banana till it's thin and when you are done, put the pounded banana back to the frying pan and let it brown again each side. Add a pinch of salt (any spice salt you like, Lary's would do or goya adobo).

There you would have a decorative finger linger banana plantains.

Enjoy!
