Chicken Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans




INGREDIENTS:


  • 5 sliced Chicken Sausages (from Fry's)
  • 1 cup sliced potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or McCormick Grill Mates
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • a pinch of dried basil/parsley



 Preparation:


Brown garlic in a heated pan with either olive oil or butter. Add sliced chicken sausages and let it brown. On the other pot, boiled potatoes with skin on. Slice and baked till it's golden brown. Blanched sliced green beans into boiling water, drained and add it to Chicken sausage along with the cooked golden brown potatoes. Season with any season that you like. There, you will have the most enjoyable and healthy food on your table. Enjoy!
