Sizzling Vietnamese Style Lemongrass Chicken



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 or Boneless Breast Chicken
  • 1 Big yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Lemongrass
  • 3 cloves of garlice (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow curry (chicken curry powder)
  • 1 can of coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper
  • 1 crown broccoli (optional)
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of sugar



Preparation:
Brown garlic in a heated pan with olive oil. Add sliced onion, chicken curry powder along with lemongrass. Dumped chicken meat into the frying pan till it's golden brown. Season it with salt, soy sauce and sugar, Now, cover the pan and let it simmer until the chicken is cook. There's a trick to this. You either can stop now and enjoy this delicious meal or for more delicious recipe, you can add all the optional ingredients. 


You can eat it with simply cooking or 



Add a can of coconut milk and let it boil, at the very end you can add a fresh sliced broccoli.
