Ingredients :
1 Fresh Salmon marinated with olive oil, McCormick Grill Steak Spice and lemon juice
A bunch of Suchoy Vegetables
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 slice of yellow big onion diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Preparation:
In a heated frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil lay the marinated salmon and cook 3 minutes each side. Cover the pan and turn the heat off when done as salmon will become too dry if you overcook it.
In another frying pan, brown garlic and onion. Add fresh suchoy vegetable (any green veggies would do).
Add oyster sauce to taste. Cover pan for 5 minute and turn the heat low as veggies will cook quick.
Here you go you will have a healthy meal in 10 minutes.
p.s.
I love to eat salmon and veggies on top of my rice, that way I'll get my carbohydrate too!
Enjoy!
