Beef Stir-fry with Vegetables!


Ingredients:

1 lbs thinly sliced beef
1/2 cup baby carrots
A bunch of any green leafy vegetables (sliced)
1/2 sliced yellow onion
1 cup beef stock
A dash of salt/pepper 
2 tbsp soy sauce (optional) replace soy sauce with crab tree fish sauce (optional)
Fresh cilantro
1 tsp corn starch for sauce thickening

Preparation;

Brown garlic and onion. Add beef, spice it with soy sauce (or McCormick grill steak[optiona]).
Add veggies [carrots, leafy vegetables]. Pour beef stock, cover pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 
Thicken gravy by adding corn starch or flour.


Top it with fresh cilantro!

There you will have a nice quick healthy dinner.
